Shipping

Shipping is a flat 800 yen anywhere in Japan, and free on orders of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.

We ship within Japan only and cannot deliver overseas. Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch it by Yamato Transport within 5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and the New Year period). You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel has shipped.

If a parcel is returned to us because it went unclaimed beyond the carrier's holding period (7 days as a rule), we will invoice the outbound and return shipping plus packaging materials, all at cost.

Payment

We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment methods and card brands available to you are shown at checkout.

Payment is taken when you place your order, and we ship once it has been confirmed. All prices shown include Japanese consumption tax.

Any costs payable beyond the price of the goods are set out in our Legal Notice.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been confirmed. Please check size, colour and quantity before ordering.

Where we run a pre-order, those items are the one exception: we can cancel them while they are still unshipped. Contact us at info@culture-supply.com.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us at info@culture-supply.com within 8 days of delivery. We will exchange the item for the same product and cover both shipping and handling. Only where we cannot supply a replacement, for example because the item is out of stock, will we issue a refund instead.

Sale items are treated the same way.

We cannot accept items returned to us without contacting us first.
