Shipping fee
A flat 800 yen anywhere in Japan
Free on orders of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more

Delivery area
Within Japan only
We do not ship overseas

Dispatch time
We dispatch within 5 business days of confirming your order.
Weekends, public holidays and the New Year period are not counted as business days.
We will notify you by email once your order has shipped.

Tracking
The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email.

Unclaimed parcels and refused delivery
If a parcel goes unclaimed beyond the carrier's holding period (7 days as a rule) and is
returned to us, we will invoice the outbound and return shipping (at cost) and packaging materials (at cost).
